What we collect

If you contact us or fill in a form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, role and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss whether our training fits your organisation.

Analytics and cookies

This site runs on Squarespace, which sets cookies necessary for the site to work and, if you consent, cookies that help us see which pages people read. You can decline the non-essential ones using the banner.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years and then deleted.

Who else sees it

Squarespace hosts this site and processes form submissions. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Course participants

Where we deliver training, participants’ psychometric results are special category data and are handled under a separate agreement with the employer. Individual results are private to the participant; the employer receives only anonymised, aggregate data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@mentalhealthandmindfulness.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Our ICO registration number is [ICO registration number].
